In June, ECI featured its 2nd annual company crawfish boil and cook off at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales. The cook-off featured many activities such as a couple’s game, a crawfish race, and good ole fun. It was enjoyed by many employees and their families as well as the winners of the cook off. 8 teams competed this year, compared to 6 last year, and in the end, Team Heads and Tails (Jesse Brown and John Rabalais) took home the trophy for the best overall. This was an amazing event and we look forward to next year!
