Engineers and Constructors International, Inc. (ECI) is a very experienced, full service, consulting engineering and construction management firm with offices in Baton Rouge, LA and Houston, TX. We have been in business over 25 years, and as of 1991, became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding (MES), a large multinational EPC firm based in Tokyo, Japan.

ECI's specialty is plant modernization and expansion as well as multiple areas of highly sophisticated process, mechanical, and reliability consulting activities.
